No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed without valid reasons.Exchange/Refund for defective items will only be allowed within 7 days of receiving items.
Please check your items upon receiving your parcel within 7 DAYS for defects or shortage of items. For shortage of items, Please provide a photo of items received and an invoice for verification (eg: Products received and packing list) 
* Courier to be borne by buyer for ALL returns (regardless of defects or any other)
